MANUFACTURING
ILLUS has two directly operated production bases in Yangzhou, covering an area of 25,000 square meters and employing 300 staff. The production bases house over 30 high-speed automatic encapsulation lines, 15 automatic SMD and applied welding lines, 5 automatic extrusion lines, and 6 automatic luminaire production lines. This setup characterizes a complete production process for LED strips, including LED encapsulation, high-speed SMT, automatic welding, and a full series of water resistance. The average monthly production capacity of LED strips reaches up to 1.5 million meters. In addition, ILLUS has modernized its manufacturing factory to achieve a complete production process for linear luminaires, encompassing precision machining, automatic assembly, color spraying, and free customization. The average monthly production capacity for linear luminaires reaches up to 120,000 strips, ensuring customers receive high-quality, super cost-effective products with rapid delivery.

With over 10 years of experience in linear lighting R&D, our team drives industry innovation.Our in-house factory supports R&D pilot production, ensuring product excellence before market release. Our quality team, comprising over 20 engineers, oversees incoming materials, processing, finished product inspections, and stock management. Each product batch is accompanied by CB certificates, reinforcing our commitment to warranty coverage.
